This article introduces the pre-expanded transverse cervical artery perforator flap, which can be used for cervicofacial reconstruction after burns, trauma, and tumor resection with excellent results. This perforator flap is one of the best options for cervicofacial reconstruction in terms of color and texture match, and has fewer flap complications. With regard to the expanded flap, the donor site can be sutured directly leaving only an inconspicuous linear scar.
