Corrélation radiologique, chirurgicale et pathologique chez une femme porteuse d’une endométriose pelvienne avec une atteinte vésicale. Le diagnostic par imagerie est important car le traitement est une cystectomie partielle. L’IRM est l’outil essentiel du diagnostic.

Radiopathologic correlation in a patient with endometriosis involving the bladder wall.
Diagnosis relies on imaging and is of dramatic importance as the treatment is surgical, usually partial cystectomy. MRI is the main tool for the diagnosis.
