z La pratique de prévention de la maladie thromboembolique veineuse chez le sujet âgé hospitalisé n’est pas conforme aux recommandations publiées, dans 30 % des cas z L’objectif d’un travail mené était d’évaluer l’impact du rappel des recommandations sur la thromboprophylaxie veineuse.

The practice of prevention of venous thromboembolic disease in hospitalized elderly patients does not comply with published recommendations, in 30% of cases. The objective of this study was to evaluate the impact of recalling the recommendations on the venous thromboprophylaxis.
