Les lymphomes malins non-hodgkiniens (LNH) représentent 0,04 à 0,53 % de tous les cancers du sein. Les objectifs de cet article sont de discuter des aspects cliniques et des modalités thérapeutiques de cette affection.
Nous rapportons deux cas de LNH primitifs du sein chez deux patientes âgées de 37 et 57 ans, révélés par des nodules mammaires. La mammographie a évoqué un kyste bénin. Le diagnostic de LNH n’a été fait qu’après examen histologique des biopsies tumorales. Sous chimiothérapie, l’évolution était favorable avec un recul respectif de 29 et 52 mois.
Il s’agit d’une tumeur rare. Le diagnostic est essentiellement histologique. La chimiothérapie est le principal moyen thérapeutique.

Non-hodgkinian’s lymphoma (NHL) represents 0.04 to 0.53% of all breast cancers. The clinical aspects and therapeutic models of the disease are a subject of debate.
We report two cases of primary non-hodgkinian’s lymphoma of the breast in two patients aged respectively 37 and 57 years. The disease was revealed by breast nodules. Mammography demonstrated a benign cyst. The diagnosis of non-hodgkinian’s lymphoma was confirmed on histological examination of tumor biopsies. With chemotherapy, the course was favorable with 29 and 52 months follow-up respectively.
This is rare tumor. The diagnosis is mainly histological. Chemotherapy is the principal therapeutic method.
