Les applications e-santé grand public sont très nombreuses et leurs indications sont de plus en plus orientées vers des pathologies lourdes. Certaines ont pour objectifs la détection précoce d’événements, l’aide au diagnostic ou l’identification des risques de complication. La qualité des données qui permettent la construction des algorithmes d’intelligence artificielle est souvent insuffisante, ce qui a pour conséquence que l’information du patient, y compris par l’intermédiaire d’un professionnel de santé, ne soit pas toujours optimale.

There are a large number of e-health applications for the general public and their indications are increasingly oriented towards serious pathologies. Some of them aim at early detection of events, diagnostic assistance or identification of complication risks. The quality of the data used to build the artificial intelligence algorithms is often insufficient, which means that the information provided to the patient, including through a health professional, is not always optimal.
