The “professional future” law, published in 2018 and aimed at guaranteeing a reinforced quality of training offers in France, led to the introduction of a new feature that came into effect on January 1, 2022: the mandatory certification of training organizations and centers according to the Qualiopi national reference system. Between the perception of an additional constraint, the preparation of an audit and the evidence to be provided, the experience also constitutes an opportunity for a collective approach aimed at questioning educational choices and practices. By relying on collective intelligence, it is a question of using it as a managerial lever around a unifying project that restores meaning and contributes to the quality of work and even the quality of life at work.
