Les infections pulmonaires à mycobactéries non tuberculeuses sont peu fréquentes et surviennent généralement sur un terrain débilité. Mycobacterium thermoresistibile quant à elle est une mycobactérie environnementale qui a été rarement décrite en tant que pathogène humain. Nous rapportons ici le cas rare d'un homme de 85 ans présentant une infection pulmonaire à M. thermoresistibile.

Non-tuberculous mycobacterial lung infections are infrequent and occur mostly in patients having important and multiple comorbidities. Mycobacterium thermoresistibile is an environmental mycobacterium that has been rarely described as a human pathogen. We report here a rare case of an 85-year-old man with M. thermoresistibile lung infection.
