• | We identified 212 cases of SCAD in the database, with women comprising 84% of cases. |
• | Six drugs were associated with an increased risk of SCAD reporting. |
• | Six drug classes were associated with an increased risk of SCAD reporting. |
• | Our findings offer valuable insights for managing potential drug-induced SCAD. |
