| Notes: This article will review the latest evidence about permanent contraception in patients with fallopian tubes. Additionally, the authors appreciate that not all people with fallopian tubes identify as female and that the term sterilization is negatively associated with coercive practices; however, when the original data or sources we are referencing use these terms, we may do so in this article. |
