This case report presents a 71-year-old female with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF) exhibiting typical Bayes syndrome characteristics. We discuss the electrocardiographic features, intracardiac mapping findings, and the clinical implications of this often overlooked condition. This case emphasizes the importance of recognizing interatrial block (IAB) in clinical practice and its potential impact on atrial fibrillation management and stroke risk assessment.
