Office-based otology has many dimensions and can be quite dynamic from patient evaluation, diagnostics, and procedures. Establishing a successful and elaborative practice requires understanding protocols, pitfalls, and establishing a safe environment for patient care. When the focus is patient well-being, all other dimensions fall into place quite well and practices will flourish.
