Si la prise en charge du patient cancéreux est maintenant bien codifiée, pour autant, les outils de cohésion sont encore peu nombreux. Le plan d’intervention interdisciplinaire individualisé (P3I) se présente donc comme un outil permettant de coordonner et de tracer une démarche cohérente centrée sur le patient tout au long de son parcours.

Although the management of cancer patients is now well codified, there are still few cohesive tools available. The Individualized Interdisciplinary Intervention Plan (P3I) is a tool for coordinating and mapping out a coherent, patient-centered approach throughout the cancer journey.
