Artificial Intelligence in Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia - 15/10/25

Résumé |
Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming health care by providing powerful tools to analyze large datasets, recognize complex patterns, and support clinical decision-making. In benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), AI shows great promise in improving diagnostics, treatment planning, and predicting clinical outcomes. This article examines current AI applications in BPH, focusing on diagnostic imaging, multimodal data integration, and therapeutic management. However, barriers to widespread implementation exist, such as small sample sizes, homogenous study samples, and non-standardized reporting of model performance. Future research should explore AI’s role in enhancing image-guided surgeries such as Aquablation and using natural language processing to streamline clinical workflows and improve patient care.
