La nouvelle loi française qui réglemente le titre de psychothérapeute réserve ce dernier aux médecins, psychologues et psychanalystes. Trois exigences y apparaissent : une formation aux pratiques, un enseignement magistral et des stages cliniques. Cette loi risque de transformer le psychothérapeute en un professionnel psychiatrisé, médicalisé, paramédicalisé et réglementé ! Quelle sera sa notoriété dans quelque temps ? Pour échapper à ce risque, nous devons nous rappeler que le psychothérapeute doit faire une thérapie personnelle et s’impliquer personnellement dans une formation expérientielle et de préférence intégrative pour faire advenir son être thérapeute qui investit plus la relation au patient que les techniques et théories.
