Although primary vaginal cancer is uncommon, representing 1-2% of all female genital malignancies, metastatic disease to the vagina is not. Most cases represent metastases from other pelvic organs or the colon. We present the second case in the literature of a pancreatic adenocarcinoma metastasizing exclusively to the vagina.
