Abstract |
A patient with hyper-IgE syndrome came to our attention with an exacerbation of atopic dermatitis. The medical evaluation showed typical features of hyper-IgE syndrome and a low number of cytotoxic T cells in the peripheral blood. This case serves as a reminder that hyper-IgE syndrome is a multisystem disorder. (J Am Acad Dermatol 2002;47:S268-9.)
