Résumé |
The purpose of this article is to provide the plastic, dermatologic, oculoplastic, and facial plastic surgery communities with anatomic and embryologic evidence to support the use of the deep-plane technique for optimal treatment of midfacial aging. A detailed description of the procedure is provided with insights into anatomic landmarks, technical nuances, and alternative approaches to facial variations to allow safe and consistent performance of this technique.
