La normalisation des transidentités et la réduction des frontières binaires du genre (homme/femme) facilitent l’intégration des questions trans dans les réflexions sociétales et scientifiques. Au prisme de l’évolution rapide des questions de genre et de leur visibilité dans les différentes sphères de la société, une rétrospective des droits trans dans les domaines juridiques, médicaux, féministes, sportifs, médiatiques et scolaires peut être réalisée en s’appuyant notamment sur les textes français encadrant les transidentités.

The normalization of transidentity and the reduction of binary gender boundaries (male/female) facilitate the integration of trans issues into societal and scientific reflections. In light of the rapid evolution of gender issues and their visibility in the various spheres of society, a retrospective of trans rights in the legal, medical, feminist, sporting, media and academic spheres can be carried out, drawing in particular on French texts framing transidentites.
