• | Malignancy in Graves' disease is probably more common than previously thought. |
• | All patients of Graves' disease are not screened universally for presence of nodules by high resolution ultrasonography. |
• | If a malignancy is missed preoperatively, a chance for prophylactic central compartment lymph node dissection is lost. |
