Les luxations périlunaires antérieures pures du carpe sont exceptionnelles. Ces lésions sont mal connues, pouvant passer inaperçues en urgence. Les auteurs rapportent une luxation antélunaire pure du carpe, chez un patient âgé de 24 ans, survenue lors d’une chute à moto au cours d’une compétition nationale. Le bilan radiographique standard et scanographique ont objectivé une luxation antélunaire du carpe avec un déplacement du massif carpien en bloc en avant du lunatum qui est resté strictement sous l’auvent radial, sans fracture associée. La réduction en urgence et la stabilisation temporaire par brochage ont permis d’obtenir un bon résultat fonctionnel, après un recul de 18 mois.

We report a case of volar perilunate dislocation of the carpus in a 24-year old male who fell from his motorcycle during a national championship. Emergency reduction and temporary pin fixation produced a good functional outcome at eighteen months follow-up.
