Le bilan conjoint permet par l’intermédiaire de l’observation du comportement visuo-psychomoteur, une évaluation visuelle de l’enfant et aide à élaborer un projet de réadaptation. La rééducation orthoptiste/psychomotricienne proposée s’inscrit dans un processus de « co-apprentissage », de collaboration autour du protocole d’éducation visuelle fonctionnelle. La psychomotricienne facilite la motricité dirigée et libérée pour permettre à l’orthoptiste d’aider à la maturation des fonctions visuo-sensori-motrices et spatiales. Dans cet espace d’écoute mutuelle, de respect des compétences de chacun, le bébé DV redevient un enfant en devenir qui va se construire avec sa différence.

The joint assessment allows, through the observation of the visuo-psychomotor behaviour, a visual evaluation of the child and helps to elaborate a rehabilitation project. The proposed orthoptist/psychomotrician rehabilitation is part of a “co-learning” process, of collaboration around the functional visual education protocol. The psychomotrician facilitates directed and liberated motor skills to enable the orthoptist to help the maturation of visuo-sensory-motor and spatial functions. In this space of mutual listening and respect for the skills of each person, the DV baby becomes a child in the making who will build himself with his difference.
