Injury patterns from electrocution involving tower ladders are reported in industrial settings and are seldom encountered by forensic pathologists in routine practice. High-voltage electrocution can cause extensive thermal damage to tissues, sometimes obscuring entry and exit wounds or creating multiple atypical wounds, making it difficult to determine the path of the electric current through the body. Injury patterns, circumstantial evidence, and crime scene findings are crucial in such cases. This case report details an incident of electrocution in an outdoor factory setting, where a victim standing on a tiltable tower ladder came into contact with a high-tension electric wire. The victim sustained high-voltage electrocution injuries at multiple sites on the body and survived. Electrocution cases involving tiltable tower ladders in industrial settings are rarely documented in forensic literature. This case highlights the importance of understanding injury patterns, crime scene visits, and electrical pathways, while stressing the need for public awareness and safety measures to prevent such incidents.
