L'étude des performances analytiques du STA-R® (version 2.30.04) a été réalisée selon un protocole établi d'après les recommandations de la Société française de biologie clinique. L'évaluation a porté sur les paramètres courants du bilan d'hémostase (TP, TCA, fibrinogène, facteurs II, V, VII/X, activité anti-Xa HNF et HBPM) et sur les paramètres du bilan d'hémostase spécialisée (facteurs endogènes, facteur Willebrand, dosage de la protéine C, de l'antithrombine, des D-Dimères et de la résistance à la protéine C activée). Les performances techniques du STA-R® pour les tests chronométriques, chromogéniques et immuno-turbidimétriques sont satisfaisantes ou très satisfaisantes (aussi bien pour les tests d'hémostase de routine ou spécialisés). Les études de comparaison avec le STA® sont bonnes. Sur le plan ergonomique, si de nettes améliorations ont été apportées par rapport au STA®, quelques incidents ont été signalés pendant la période d'évaluation que des améliorations récentes devraient corriger.

The STA-R® (2.30.04) analytical performances study was carried out in accordance with the instructions of the French society of clinical biology.

The usual parameters of the haemostasis check-up (PT, APTT, fibrinogen, factors II, V, VII/X and LMWH and UFH activities) and the specialized haemostasis parameters (endogen factors, Willebrand factor, C protein, antithrombin, D-Dimers, activated C protein resistance rates) were determined.

STA-R® technicals performances for the chronometric, chromogenic and immunoturbidimetric tests are satisfactory or very satisfactory (either for the current haemostasis tests or for the spécialized tests). Comparatives studies with the STA® are good.

On the ergonomics points of view, despite significants improvements since the STA®, some incidents were reported during the tests that should be fixed by the lasted version.
