Although prostate, bladder, testicular, penile, and urethral cancers are related by location, there are numerous features of these diseases that are unique to each. The incidence of these cancers is related to age, race, and living environment. Only penile cancer is significantly related to sexual transmission, and region involvement of a primary genital cancer can have local organ involvement. Screening is important in efforts to reduce the severe consequences of these diseases. Early detection and treatment are very important in scrotal, penile, urethral, urinary bladder, and testicular tumors. The benefits of early detection and treatment of prostate cancer remain a subject of debate.
