Pour faire face aux contraintes économiques, l’homme se protège en inventant de nouvelles techniques humanistes.
Le coaching fait partie de celles-ci.
Apparu d’abord dans le domaine du sport, il s’est depuis peu invité dans le monde de l’entreprise privée et plus récemment dans les entreprises publiques, dont l’hôpital, après un long cheminement et une formation diplômante.

When faced with economic constraints, we often protect ourselves by inventing new humanistic techniques. Coaching is one such technique. It first appeared in the world of sport and has recently arrived in the private sector, and even more recently, in the public sector, including hospitals, after a long pathway and a diploma course.
