La présente recherche a pour objectif de décrire la vision des principaux protagonistes à propos de la formation actuelle en soins infirmiers. De statut divers, les participants représentaient l’ensemble des acteurs concernés. Le besoin de formateurs possédant un bagage pédagogique a été mis en avant par les répondants, qui ont également noté que les techniques didactiques étaient peu connues. L’universitarisation doit amener à une évolution du métier de formateur.

The aim of this research is to describe the vision of the main protagonists regarding current nursing training. The participants made it possible to cover all the training stakeholders. The need for trainers with a pedagogical background is desired by the respondents. We note that didactic techniques are little known. The university education of training must lead to an evolution of the trainer’s profession.
