Cet article présente un processus pédagogique innovant pour réaliser l’enseignement du service sanitaire. Celui-ci est une nouvelle composante de la formation initiale des infirmiers depuis 2017, instaurée par les pouvoirs politiques afin de développer les dimensions d’interprofessionnalité, le développement de la démarche de projet et la compréhension de la promotion de la santé. Les interventions se déroulent en binômes d’étudiants de filières variées, évoluant le plus souvent face à un public ciblé, constitué essentiellement d’enfants de tous âges. Les étudiants interviennent à cinq reprises dans l’optique d’un changement mineur de comportement pour améliorer la santé du public. Le projet de santé publique permet une collaboration étroite entre l’éducation nationale et les formations initiales en santé sur le bassin grenoblois.

This article presents an innovative pedagogical process for carrying out health service teaching. This is a new component of the initial training of nurses since 2017, introduced by the political authorities in order to develop the dimensions of interprofessionality, the development of the project approach and the understanding of health promotion. Interventions take place in pairs of students from a variety of disciplines, most often working with a target audience, consisting mainly of children of all ages. On five occasions, the students intervene with a view to bringing about a minor change in behavior to improve the public’s health. The public health project enables close collaboration between the national education system and initial health training courses in the Grenoble area.
