Most eyelid cosmetics function to highlight this most important organ on the face. Because of their incredible function, it is important to protect the eyes from infection and allergy. To that end, most eyelid cosmetics contain no fragrance, but they do contain preservatives. Eyelid cosmetics also are packaged protectively to keep the eyes healthy.
