Rather, they must be seen in relationship to the eyebrow above and the midface below. Hence, periorbital rejuvenation involves surgery on the eyelids, eyebrow, forehead, check, and midface. The goal of these procedures is to restore the youthful anatomic and topographic relations of the eyelid and periorbital structures and to rejuvenate the periorbital skin.
