Résumé |
L’objectif de cet article est d’éclairer la dimension processuelle de l’évaluation des formations. A partir d’une étude de cas portant sur l’annonce de diagnostics médicaux sérieux, nous montrons que les objectifs d’évaluation se façonnent au gré du processus de conception de la formation, qu’ils conditionnent les hypothèses relatives aux effets de la formation et conduisent à la conception d’une méthodologie d’évaluation particulière.

The aim of this article is to highlight the procedural dimension of the assessment design process from a case study. For that, it discusses how training in managing the announcement of serious medical diagnoses is assessed. The paper reveals that objectives take shape over the course of the design process. These objectives produce hypotheses about the training’s effects which lead to design a particular device.
