Résumé |
La fibrillation atriale est le trouble du rythme cardiaque le plus fréquent. Sa prise en charge médicamenteuse est complexe et demande une surveillance stricte et codifiée selon qu’elle est valvulaire ou non valvulaire. Le pharmacien d’officine a donc un rôle important dans la prise en charge des patients traités notamment par des anticoagulants.

Atrial fibrillation is the most common form of arrhythmia. Its pharmacological treatment is complex and requires strict and codified monitoring depending of it is valvular or not. The community pharmacist therefore has an important role to play in the care of patients receiving this treatment, notably with the dispensing of anticoagulants.
