S’engager dans une démarche de recherche est le fruit de réflexions et de questionnements sur sa pratique. C’est aussi la rencontre d’acteurs concernés qui partagent et soutiennent le projet. L’objectif est d’accroître ses connaissances et de parfaire la relation de soins. Parcours d’un professionnel passionné et motivé, engagé dans la recherche en soins.

Undertaking research is the fruit of reflection and assessment of one's practice. It is also the coming together of the players concerned who share and support the project. The aim is to increase one's knowledge and improve the care relationship. This article presents the path of a committed and motivated professional engaged in nursing research.
