Promoting a team spirit within a division requires the right balance between relationship, involvement and participation, taking into account the scope and field of intervention of the managers. This represents a real lever for initiating professional reflection, and thus adapting to change, even in times of health crisis. In order to successfully manage projects, it is necessary to articulate the relationship and involvement of health managers in the same unit organization.
