Quand vient la question d’autoriser une activité sportive après une dissection artérielle, on ressent flotter dans le box de consultation l’inquiétude de la patiente ou du patient et la perplexité de son médecin. Les données de la littérature sont en effet inexistantes et la prudence du médecin se confronte au désir de vouloir tourner la page du patient ou de la patiente.
