L’intégrité scientifique mentionnée à l’article L. 211-2 du Code de la recherche est définie comme « l’ensemble des règles et valeurs qui doivent régir les activités de recherche pour en garantir le caractère honnête et scientifiquement rigoureux ». Ces règles et valeurs doivent régulièrement évoluer au regard des connaissances et avancées technologiques. La radiologie est donc particulièrement concernée par la garantie de l’intégrité scientifique et cet article propose un rappel de quelques points et textes de référence essentiels.

Scientific integrity is defined in article L. 211-2 of the French Research Code as “the set of rules and values that must govern research activities to ensure that they are honest and scientifically rigorous”. These rules and values must evolve regularly in line with new knowledge and technological advances. Radiology is therefore particularly concerned by the need to guarantee scientific integrity, and we propose in this article a reminder of a few essential points and reference texts.
