À la suite d’un dépistage réalisé par un orthoptiste puis une consultation par un ophtalmologiste, nous rapportons le cas d’une jeune enfant adressée pour une myopie forte et sa prise en charge. Les enjeux de la prise en charge sont discutés par la suite.

Following screening by an orthoptist and consultation with an ophthalmologist, we report the case of a young child referred for severe myopia and her management. Management issues are then discussed.
