Cet article retrace un accompagnement d’approche systémique mené auprès des infirmières en pratique avancée du centre hospitalier universitaire de Bordeaux pour renforcer leur identité professionnelle et leur dynamique de groupe. Grâce aux objets flottants (panier à problèmes, génogramme, blason, sculpturations, conte systémique), elles ont pu partager leurs vécus, clarifier leur place dans l’institution et construire une cohésion durable.

This article describes a systemic approach implemented with advanced practice nurses at the Bordeaux University Hospital to strengthen their professional identity and group dynamics. Using floating objects (problem basket, genogram, coat of arms, sculptures, systemic storytelling), they were able to share their experiences, clarify their role within the institution, and build long-lasting cohesion.
