Aneurysmal bone cyst is a benign tumor of the skeletal system and rare in the ribs. A 25-year-old woman was found to have an abnormal shadow in the left chest on the radiologic examinations. The first rib containing tumor was removed. Pathologic findings showed an aneurysmal bone cyst.
