Supporting the professional socialisation of students belonging to generation Y. |
The vast majority of students who now attend nursing training institutes (IFSI) belong to generation Y. Born between 1978 and 1995, their socialisation has taken place in a society of hyperconsumption, in which information and communication technologies have undergone constant development. How do these young people adhere to the values which characterise the nursing profession? Does the taking into account of their specificities require new methods for guiding and supporting students in their training?
