Les référentiels de formation par compétence ont nécessité une collaboration constructive entre professionnels de terrain et formateurs
Des rencontres ont permis d’appréhender la problématique du transfert des savoirs, acquis lors des situations pratiques, vers le développement de compétences
L’élève est mieux accompagné en stage et en institut de formation au cours d’une démarche où il construit ses compétences de manière active
Présentation des étapes pour parvenir à un partenariat constructif entre les 3 parties : élève, terrain et école d’Ibode.

Skills-based training reference frameworks have given rise to the need for constructive collaboration between professionals in the field and trainers. Workshops have enabled participants to gain a better understanding of the challenges of transferring the knowledge, acquired during practical situations, to the development of skills. Students are given better support during their practical placement and in the training institute with an approach whereby they build their skills actively. A presentation of the different steps to building a efficient partnership between the 3 parties: student, professionals in the field and theatre nurses’ school.
